Goddesses
As a priestess, there are several goddesses who are my patrons.  Emblems for three of them have been tattooed onto my back.  The tattoos were drawn by the talented Linda Lee of Sacred Skin Tattoo.  The photo was taken by Peter Hughes of Raven Visionary Arts.

On my left shoulder blade is a heiroglyphic of the goddess Ma'at.  On my right shoulder is a honeybee surrounded by a honeycomb that fades into my skin.  I associate the bee with Shabbat.  On the small of my back is Bast, surrounded by lotus.

I describe my encounters and experiences with each of these goddess in the pages linked from the left. Each page contains links to resources that describe the mythologies and folklore where appropriate.

Gods
I suppose that having Coyote, the Horned One and G-d in the same list might seem a bit strange. But there's an odd sort of transition there, if you think about it. Each has a particular object that is special - Coyote has his hat, the Horned Lord has his own athame, and G-d is associated with my brass "hand of God" that I was gifted my last time in Israel. I use the latter in my weekly Shabbat ceremony as a way to seal the energy until the following sundown.

I describe my encounters and experiences with each of these gods in the pages linked from the left. Each page contains links to resources that describe the mythologies and folklore where appropriate.

Enjoy.
